With 140,000 square feet and 95 studios, Park Trades Center accommodates over 100 artists and artisans creating works in all mediums, including: glass, paper, metal, paint, ceramics, wood, photography, textiles, resin, and beads. We also house barbers, tattoo artists, make-up artists, advertisers, shoemakers, technology and retail space.

Studio rent includes:

• 24/7 access to studio*

• utilities included: standard electric, heat (by boiler), water, trash. The building does not have central air. Tenants can use window units.

• access to building’s wi-fi**

• use of loading docks, both ground level and truck height, as well as carts, pallet jacks, and freight elevator.

• free use, by reservation, of Saniwax Gallery.

• optional parking permits. Additional street & metered parking is available, at tenants responsibility.

• all tenants must provide Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, amounting to 1 million dollars, listing our business as additionally insured.

*The general public has access Monday through Friday 8am-6pm. Tenant has to bring customers/guests into building outside of those hours and on holidays since access is by key fob only. Tenant has to lead them out of the building during locked hours.

**Currently, we do not have options for hardwired phone, cable or internet in studios.

NOTE: All CDC & Health department rules for Covid-19 must be followed by anyone coming into the building, it is up to each tenant to make sure their studio/guests & customers are in compliance.
